Grab your sweater, a pumpkin spice latte, and a scarf. It's time to hit the pumpkin patches! Here's a list of some of our favorite pumpkin patches in and around Hampstead. Several places are a short drive away, but we think they're well worth it.

Mike's Farm
1600 Haw Branch Road, Beulaville, NC
One of the most popular year-round events is our fun-filled hayrides. During these rides, both kids and adults can enjoy a relaxing ride on the farm. Many of the rides seem to beak out in a “singing jubilee” that can be heard all over Onslow County!
Pumpkin Patch Hayrides: We offer hayrides around the farm to the pumpkin patch Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-5 Thursday and Friday from 1-8 Saturday from 10-8. Hayrides run continuously through the day. Cost is $2.00 per person for ages 3 and older with no reservations needed. Pumpkins are $0.79 per pound with a $4.00 minimum.
Fall Festival Saturdays: Join us on Saturdays in October for fall family fun! Pumpkin patch hayrides will run continuously from 10-8, Animal Area, Gift Shop, Bakery & NC Products barn will all be open fom 10-8. Restaurant and our Food Truck (weather permitting) will be open from 12-8. Rockstar Magic of Chris & Neal will have FREE magic shows at 12:00, 1:00, and 2:00. Free tastings of NC wines, wine by the glass and wine slushies will all be available in the NC Products Barn. We will have live music from 3-7 so bring your lawn chairs to enjoy a nice fall afternoon on the farm!
Live Music: What better way is there to spend a fall afternoon than listening to live local music than with a glass of NC wine or a with a wine slushie in hand?! We will have a variety of local musicians Fridays from 5-8 and Saturdays from 3-7 during the month of October. Keep checking back for our Fall Music Lineup!

Riggs Orchard
158 Old Hwy 24, Hubert, NC
We are a small family owned farm. We grow apples, blackberries, nectarines, plums, garden vegetables, and several varieties of peaches.
We'll be open Friday, October 7th, and Saturday, October 8th with Jonathan apples. We'll also have pumpkins, mums, and gourds. Hours 9:00 to 12:00
Hubb's Farm
10276 US Highway 421 North, Clinton, NC
Way too many events to list, this is a MUST DO fall activity. There's so much fun for all ages. Don't miss the roasted corn!
John and Tammy Peterson started Hubb’s Farm in 2008, shortly after the birth of their son, Luke. They wanted to create a family friendly agritourism destination for all ages.
The farm is located on land in Sampson County, N.C., that has been in Tammy’s family for more than four generations. Her parents, James Hubbard and Sue Butler, grew produce, tobacco, grains and other row crops on the land. Hubb’s Farm is lovingly named for Tammy’s father, whose nickname was “Hubb.”
Back in 2008, they opened as Hubb’s Corn Maze and gradually added activities and attractions, developing into much more than a maze and changing the name to Hubb’s Farm. The entire Peterson family – John, Tammy, Luke and their grown son, Will – participates in the decisions and operations of the farm.
Hubb’s Farm is open in spring and fall/winter with a wide variety of events and activities, including the popular 10-acre corn maze, and is a year round venue to book parties and events. The farm also offers educational school tours and popular packages for corporate outings, birthday parties, family reunions and more.
Galloway Farm Maze Craze

One of Southeast NC's Largest Corn Maze, located at Galloway Farm in Hallsboro. Fall Maze, Christmas, Easter and other events. Field Trip destination.
Admission: Tickets are available online for $12(plus processing fees) and in-person at the farm. Tickets bought in person are $14.50 each for ages 2 and up, children under 2 are free.

Hampstead United Methodist Church
15395 Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC 28443
This is a great one for quick and fun pumpkin photo ops and selection. Located just off Highway 17 near Dunkin and Burrito Shak, the church makes their own pumpkin patch for easy enjoyment.
